Nh Bilbao Deusto Hotel

We had the standard room which was extremely pleasant and brand-new where all the cleaning supplies are kept. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. There was Hamburgueseria Munich nearby to grab something to eat.

We have stayed in this perfect hotel for 3 nights, everything was nice, the location was incredible close to everything the city has to offer. There were extremely comfy beds and an electronic key card, pay television and a writing desk inside the room. The breakfast was superb and all the food was different!

Perfect starting point for a city trip, everything from here to reach on foot. Sufficient large breakfast buffet.

Door closing system, as in many hotels, the loud door bang, which is also in your own room to hear.

Easily accessible by car, near the Guggenheim Museum. The hotel was clean, the breakfast good. Friendly staff.

The clean room made it easy to relax after exploring. The staff were genuinely nice, offering helpful tips for our outings.

The amenities were not as excellent as I expected for the price.

The hotel was modern, spotless offered absolutely superb breakfasts and had an easy location close to center city at good price. The property took care of the EXCELLENT service. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The breakfast was extensive with very good coffee and fresh fruits and local delicacies and attention to detail.

We had a quiet room. The hotel is located near the center. It is quickly reachable via a bridge over the Bilbao River. The gentleman at the reception explained everything to us in a perfect English and showed a lot of enthusiasm about his city. It was like a first city tour for us.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough time for this great city.

Very good beds, bathroom a bit old, air conditioning quiet and sufficient, breakfast ok, service a bit grumpy, hotel-own parking lot (€ 17) narrow, but great, since parking situation in Bilbao is quite chaotic and expensive. Good value for money

This hotel is very well located: we can do everything without car (10mn from Guggenheim, 5mn from subway, 5mn from tram and buses). It's clean, breakfast is excellent, it's quite nice and calm.

You have to pay for wifi everywhere in the hotel and it's expensive: 6€/hour! Parking is a little bit expensive : 15€/day Breakfast is worth 12€ but it's excellent
